Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.
As a Lead Engineer for series support and further development, you will take technical and organizational responsibility for a defined module (., lighting, visibility, body components) during the production phase and throughout the lifecycle. You ensure that changes, problem resolutions, and optimizations are implemented on time and in compliance with customer standards. The role involves coordinating internal departments, external suppliers, and interface partners to achieve quality, cost, and timing targets.
