A leading nursery group in Longstanton is seeking an Early Years Teacher to lead the education team. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with families and support parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Competence in creating a safe and inclusive environment for children.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum.
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Ensure the encouragement of children's development and achievements.
