At our Inverness depot, we operate a fleet of 63 buses and coaches covering the areas of Inverness and the wider North Scotland area with a team of 115 drivers. As a lead driver you will also support our joint venture / Citylink services.
The lead driver plays a vital role in supporting our daily bus operations by supervising driver performance, ensuring service reliability and fostering cooperation between operations and engineering teams.
This role combines leadership responsibilities with driving duties, acting as a key point of contact between our drivers and management team. You’ll be a key member of staff who will maintain the highest standards of safety, service and professionalism.
