• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Define data migration approach from heterogeneous source systems.
• Design canonical data models to consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure GDPR/NHS compliance across all source systems.
