Job summary

A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is seeking a Principal D365 CE Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. In this senior, client-facing role, you will own solution design, mentor teams, and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, a proven track record in delivering complex implementations, and confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders. Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience across D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
• Proven track record delivering complex D365 CE implementations.
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
• Own solution design across core CE modules.
• Mentor and support consultants and developers.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE
