Lead Customer Contracts Manager

Location: UK – Hybrid (with travel to Alexander Dennis and customer sites as required)

What You’ll Do

As Lead Customer Contracts Manager, you’ll head up our Contract Management team, ensuring smooth delivery of customer contracts from order to completion. You’ll be the go-to escalation point for live contracts and will deputise for the Head of Customer Contracts when needed. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction, manage contract specifications, and support key factory processes and customer visits.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially astute leader with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer experience. You’ll bring experience in contract management within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team while working under pressure. You’ll be confident navigating complex contracts and collaborating across departments to meet customer expectations.
