Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of performance creative / performance marketing experience.
  • Ideally worked in-house for a D2C brand or agency working with high-growth D2C clients.
  • Proven experience managing sizeable budgets (£400k+ monthly).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial Meta ad spend (£500k a month) and scale it.
  • Oversee a team of 2 direct reports.
  • Lead a team to implement campaigns effectively.

MKJ Ignite is delighted to work with one of the fastest growing E-Commerce brands in the UK. The business has grown substantially over the last few years and expects continued growth next year and beyond – both in revenue and team size.

Important: To be considered, you MUST have a background in Performance Marketing and paid social media. Meta ad spend is currently ~£500k a month; they are looking to scale this spend considerably over the next 12 months, so experience managing similar sized budgets is essential.
