Qualifications

• GMC registration and inclusion on the specialist register in Mental Health or Specialty Trainees within 6 months of completing CCT.
• A postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry e.g. Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
• Eligible for Approved Clinician status and Approval under section 12 of the Mental Health Act.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings and formal multi-disciplinary reviews.
• Run regular clinics for new patient assessments and follow up.
• Lead ward rounds and team meetings in the Day Treatment Service.
