Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
  • Manage and coordinate change requests, release schedules, and deployment activities across multiple environments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with established change‑control processes.
  • Support impact assessments, risk evaluation, and post‑implementation reviews.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to reduce delivery risks and avoid service disruption.
  • Monitor release progress, produce status reports, and contribute to planning activities related to change and release management.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed
  • Solid understanding of ITIL‑aligned change and release management processes and associated tooling.
  • Strong organisational and communication capabilities to support multi‑stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience operating within structured, governance‑led delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise effectively, and engage with hybrid or distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) or similar enterprise platforms.
