A growing sales organisation is seeking a Business Development Executive. This fully remote role involves managing key accounts, re-engaging customers, and supporting new team members. Applicants should have strong experience in business development, account management skills, and a background in pharmacy or healthcare sales. The position offers a basic salary between £32,000 and £35,000, an uncapped bonus, and opportunities for career development. Quarterly travel to Nottingham is required.
Location: Fully remote (with quarterly travel to Head Office in Nottingham)
You will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to expand market share across independent and group accounts by managing key accounts, re‑engaging inactive customers, and identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across dispensing consumables and pharmacy retail products. Alongside your own sales activity, you will support the wider team by coaching new starters, monitoring call activity and performance, contributing to sales strategy, and stepping in for the Senior Business Development Manager when required. This is a fully remote role with quarterly travel to Nottingham for team meetings.
