  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and training of the business analysis team.
  • Champion consistent business analysis standards and methodologies across the team.

  • Act as a key escalation point for analysis‑related risks, issues, and interdependencies, championing proactive and collaborative solutioning.
  • Look for cost effective ways to support the portfolio, including ensuring duplication of tasks and roles in projects is minimised.
  • Where required, personally lead and manage complex and high‑impact analysis work within the portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, applying advanced problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Monitor performance against delivery targets and take proactive action to address deviations.
  • Support the Head of Change in articulating and tracking benefits against defined and measurable KPIs.
  • Actively contribute to the Change Leadership team, supporting the Head of Change as required.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career development and performance management.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve processes, procedures, controls, and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Must thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑compressed and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of requirements.
Desirable
  • Experience of test analytics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, especially agile Scrum.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with Story Mapping.
  • Experience conforming product definition to regulatory compliance requirements.
