A local authority organization in Hastings is seeking a full-time Lead Business Administrator for the Education Support Admin Team. This role involves managing a team, ensuring performance, and promoting staff wellbeing. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Sussex Education Division for the role of a full time Lead Business Administrator within the Education Support Admin Team based at Cavendish House in Hastings. We are part of a Local Authority dedicated to championing change for children.
The post is within an admin team located across the county and you will have the opportunity to help grow and develop the team. As a Lead Business Administrator you will line manage and supervise Business Administrators ensuring they are able to respond to local needs and ensure Council policies are met. You will maintain staff wellbeing enabling them to ensure performance continuously improves. This includes undertaking one to ones annual appraisals and providing support and identifying training and development needs.
