Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a M&E Co-ordinator, Building Services Coordinator, M&E Manager, or similar.
• Experience in building sector projects like Commercial, Residential, or Education.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and public health services installations.
• Coordinate project delivery to ensure compliance with contract programme.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare stage reports.
