Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
• At least 1 year’s experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in a dedicated breakfast role is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
• EU passport holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, cooking and service of all breakfast dishes.
• Cook and present dishes to high, consistent standards.
• Support lunch service and club events when needed.
• Work with the Head Chef to manage costs and control waste.
• Communicate clearly with the Head Chef about ordering needs.
• Ensure all dietary requirements are understood and catered for.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
