A reputable international design consultant in London is seeking an experienced Lead BIM Modeller to support the launch of their new office. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit technical abilities and experience in structural design. This position offers the chance to build and manage a BIM Team while working on exciting international projects. The candidate should be hands-on and ready to drive growth in a new environment.
London EC1 | £60k‑£70k
Are you an experienced structural Revit technician and BIM modeller who is brave, ambitious and keen for something different?
Interested to be at the start of something big?
A new London office is landing – a reputable international design consultant with big plans for their London division.
The well‑respected and highly qualified London Structural Engineering Directors are already in place. The recruitment of the senior structural team is the next stage to build the operation, and this includes the post of Lead BIM Modeller.
Excellent Revit technical skills are essential, a good knowledge of how buildings go together, as well as the ability to assist with the growth, management, recruitment and development of the BIM Team going forwards. Initially you will be the only UK technician, so you need to be willing and able to “get your hands dirty”.
You should have good technical building experience using Revit, excellent project running and communication skills. The office aims to be up to 30 staff within the next few years.
The international projects can offer a decent work cushion while the London work builds, and the international firm already have clients in London, so people on the ground here can pick those up immediately.
The office space is ready… Could you be?
