Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities between onsite and offshore teams for planning, issue resolution, and progress tracking.
  • Drive and oversee AUTOSAR BSW and SWC integration activities including ECU Extraction, Communication Stack, Diagnostics Stack (DCM, DEM), and Security Stack configuration.
  • Lead configuration and integration of Bootloader (CAN/Ethernet) and Security Stack modules (Crypto, SecOC, CSM, HSM).
  • Support and ensure compliance with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) in software configuration, integration, and validation.
  • Perform and review Memory Partitioning and Protection configurations (MemMap, MPU, MMU) to ensure ECU robustness and safety.
  • Review and validate deliverables from the offshore team, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and adherence to project standards.
  • Conduct technical reviews, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities for both onsite and offshore engineers.
  • Support the Validation Team in identifying root causes (RCA) and performing detailed network log analysis for communication and diagnostic‑related issues.
  • Collaborate with System Architects, Platform Teams, Network Architecture Team, and Validation Engineers to ensure smooth ECU integration and timely delivery milestones.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, track issues to closure, and act as the technical representative in customer discussions.
  • Drive process improvements and support CI/CD pipeline enhancements for AUTOSAR integration and release activities.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Classic AUTOSAR SWC development, RTE, and BSW configuration (AUTOSAR 4.x).
  • Proven expertise in Bootloader, Security Stack, and Diagnostics Stack configuration and integration.
  • Proficiency with Vector DaVinci Configurator and DaVinci Developer.
  • Sound understanding of OBD, UDS, DoIP, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
  • Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and safety mechanism configurations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Memory Partitioning/Protection and system‑level configurations.
  • Expertise in Domain and Zonal Architecture concepts and their integration in modern vehicle platforms.
  • Proficient in embedded C, with strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with Infineon TriCore TC2xx/TC3xx microcontrollers.
  • Skilled in using CANoe, CANape, and CAPL scripting.
  • Hands‑on experience with UDE and Lauterbach TRACE32 debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills for managing both onsite and offshore collaboration effectively.
