A growing Heritage and Archaeological consultancy in the Greater Leeds Area is seeking a Principal / Associate Archaeological Consultant. This role involves supporting project management, overseeing report production, and liaising with clients. Ideal for those with significant experience in archaeology and a track record in consultancy. A relevant degree and Chartered Institute for Archaeologists membership are preferred. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in archaeology, consultancy, or senior contractor role.
• Strong track record in desk-based assessments and report writing.
• Experience in managing archaeological fieldwork projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in managing archaeological consultancy projects.
• Oversee report production and project design.
• Liaise with clients and contractors for project delivery.
