Job description
The Role

You'll be responsible for supervising a team of administrators while managing the flow of documentation and processes that keep imports moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can balance people management with operational delivery.



  • Oversee the handling and verification of import paperwork.

  • Liaise across operational teams to ensure documentation, clearance, and final mile deliveries run seamlessly.

  • Prepare and distribute manifests, load plans, and other transport documentation.

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries around HR, rosters, payroll, training, and day-to-day issues.

  • Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, ID management, and training compliance.

  • Support rostering and scheduling to maintain full operational coverage.

  • Maintain accurate staff and operational records, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Promote a safe, secure, and efficient working environment, adhering to health & safety and data protection standards.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
