Salary:Up to £45,500
Hours:Early & Late Shift Rotation + Alternate Saturday 7 - 12 Mornings
Contract:Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced LCV Technician to join a busy and growing workshop in Elgin. With 7 bays, an ATF lane, and a team of 12 skilled technicians, you’ll be part of a well‑equipped and supportive environment that values quality work and professional development.

As an LCV Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of light commercial vehicles. From routine maintenance to diagnostics and more complex repairs, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on LCV vehicles
  • Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
  • Complete necessary paperwork and service records to a high standard
  • Work within health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians when required
  • Liaise with parts and service teams to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
  • Participate in early and late shift patterns and alternate Saturday mornings
About You:
  • Proven experience as an LCV Technician or in a similar role
  • Confident working on a wide range of light commercial vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
