Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote new and used vans in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, delivering the high level of service customers expect
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase business within your customer base
  • Build strong rapport with customers to establish needs and recommend suitable vehicle features and benefits
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, recognising the importance of repeat business
  • Maintain organised diary management to maximise time and sales opportunities
About You
  • Previous automotive or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred (2 years ideal)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IT literate, with experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
