Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Adult social care solicitor.
• Ability to provide legal advice on Adult Care legal work.
• Experience with court work, particularly in relation to mental health and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of Adult Care legal work.
• Attend the office at least one day to meet the team and collect equipment.
• Manage legal cases in court related to Adult Care.

The successful candidate will be an Experienced Adult social care solicitor required who can provide legal advice on all aspects of Adult Care legal work including court work. The locum must be experienced in Court of Protection work, mental capacity, mental health and more general issues under the Care Act. It is full time post. Start ASAP. Will need to attend the office on at least one day to meet the team and collect laptops and other pieces of equipment and to ensure access to our systems.
