An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laundry Valet Assistant to join the team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower:

The Laundry Valet plays a key role in delivering the highest level of personal guest service by managing guests’ laundry, dry cleaning, shoe care, and wardrobe presentation. This role is suited to someone discreet, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with an eye for precision and presentation.

  • Collect, process, and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring all items are handled with care and recorded correctly.
  • Inspect garments for stains, damages, or valuables; report discrepancies and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Press, fold, or hang guest clothing to the highest standards based on guest preferences and care instructions.
  • Assist with unpacking, packing, wardrobe organisation, and dressing support when requested by guests.
  • Provide shoe care services, including cleaning and polishing, and manage minor clothing repairs or coordinate tailoring needs.
  • Maintain the valet area in a clean and organised condition, ensuring proper use of equipment, chemicals, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
