Launch Planner- L'Oreal Luxe - FTC

Launch Planner in the L'Oréal Luxury Division delivering flawless product launches and ensuring consumers experience the best of iconic brands like Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani. You will drive excellence in planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution, contributing to sustainability goals.

A Day in the Life
  1. Morning: Review project timelines and critical milestones for upcoming launches. Connect with cross-functional teams—marketing, supply chain, and sales—to ensure alignment and address potential roadblocks.
  2. Midday: Participate in stakeholder meetings, present updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Simplify complex messages and influence decisions.
  3. Afternoon: Focus on supply chain activities, ensure shipments are on schedule, and optimize marketing materials for sustainability. Oversee the execution of Christmas coffret launches, ensuring detail and quality.
  4. End of Day: Document process improvements and lessons learned to set the team up for future launches.

Who You Are

A successful Launch Planner will bring a variety of skills and experience to the table including:

Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to engage and positively influence internal & external stakeholders. Ability to manage upwards.
  • Ability to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex problems which arise.
Planning Experience
  • A customer-centric mindset, with experience in Supply Chain able to manage and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
Excellent Communication Skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex messages.
  • Experience in presenting internally and externally and adapting communication style.
Systems Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in Supply Planning or Retail planning systems is an advantage.
