A large employee-owned retailer in the UK seeks a leader for the Landscaping department at Longstock Park. This pivotal role requires transforming the department into a profitable unit through inspiring management and engaging customer service. This is a key leadership role where you will be tasked with transforming the department into a highly profitable and efficient business unit. We are looking for an inspiring manager who can combine commercial acumen with a passion for horticulture.
Salary: £33,500.00 - £51,000.00 per annum based on skill and experience
Contract type: This is a permanent position
Hours and location of the role:
39 hours per week
The working location is Longstock Park, Leckford Estate, Hampshire
Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
