Role: Landscape Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year
An exciting new role has become available for a Landscape Planner within a large multidisciplinary consultancy. The position is based out of their Manchester office. We are seeking Landscape Architects and Landscape Planners with at least four years of experience and a diverse track record to join our Landscape Team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- A degree/postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture
- Experience delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments
- Experience in the successful delivery of landscape and urban design projects
- Experience managing landscape design during the construction phase
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- A full & clean driving licence and full right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Independently manage smaller projects and support delivery of specific tasks within larger projects
- Strategic and feasibility/concept studies
- Landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) for both linear and site-based projects
- Townscape and visual assessment (TVIA)
- Preliminary/sketch and detailed design including general arrangement drawings
- Hard & soft construction detailing, schedules & specification to support planning applications
- Tender and construction packages, construction/post-construction inspections
- Support the continued development of our relationships with existing and new clients in public and private sectors
- Prepare bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Manage and delegate project work to junior team members
- Client liaison
