Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Full UK driving licence (towing license desirable).
• CSCS card is essential.
• PA1/PA6 spraying certification required.

Overview

Landscape Maintenance Team Leader — Wickford. Location: Wickford. Hourly rate: £13.00-£14.00 p/h. Contract: Permanent. Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:30.

About the role

We are looking for someone who can lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites, including show homes, construction sites and podiums — managing a number of operational teams. The role involves day-to-day team leadership, planning and allocating work, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural and grounds maintenance practices.
• Full UK driving licence (towing license desirable).
• CSCS card is essential
• PA1/PA6 spraying certification.
• Experience with ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and other powered equipment.
