Landscape Architect

We have a position available for an Landscape Architect to join our Design Team in Caterham, Srrey. You will produce landscaping schemes, and to monitor the quality of their implementation, that will enhance the quality of the Company product thereby maximising customer appeal and selling potential.

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the preparation and continuing development of the Company's landscaping policy and procedures; and ensures that it is implemented on each scheme prior to the submission of the planning application and informs subsequent amendments as appropriate.

Skills & knowledge you'll bring:

Graduate Diploma in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture Degree

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.

Proven experience as a Landscape Architect or in a similar role (5+ years relevant experience)

Demonstratable understanding of urban design and landscaping planning issues particularly relating to residential developments.

Able to use Microsoft packages and familiarity using packages such as Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp Pro

Good Knowledge of Botany

Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
