A local government authority in Bournemouth is seeking a Landlord Liaison Officer for a 12 to 18 month FTC. This role focuses on developing relations with landlords, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, and ensuring compliance with local housing regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving skills and knowledge of financial assistance schemes are essential. Pay range for this role will be £31,537-£36,363 (pro rata for part time colleagues).
