Supporting the delivery of farm, land and estate sales across the region, you’ll play a key role in agency work while developing your own skills and professional confidence. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural property across the region
  • Preparing pitch documents, reports and high‑quality marketing materials
  • Supporting client management and day‑to‑day agency instructions
  • Helping deliver targeted marketing campaigns and conducting viewings
  • Building the experience needed to manage your own instructions over time
The Candidate
  • Proactive, well‑organised and genuinely interested in rural property
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ideally RICS‑qualified or working towards qualification

The Package
  • Salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
