Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Land Buyer, Land Manager or property-related role.
• Successful experience in land acquisition ideally within the housebuilding industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure land/sites for residential development.
• Negotiate and prepare offers for land opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and landowners.
