• Deputising for the Kids’ Zone manager to ensure effective team delivery.
• Planning and organizing play sessions for children.
• Developing good relationships with parents and professionals.
• Mentoring team members on the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Monitoring team development and wellbeing.
• Ensuring children's safety and security.
• Completing daily administrative tasks.
