As L&D Systems and Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the future of digital learning within Inspire. This hybrid role blends technical expertise, systems management, data analysis, training delivery and leadership, playing a crucial part in driving a digital first learning culture across Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Harness technology and AI to enhance access, engagement and outcomes across OD and L&D.
- Lead on the technical development of e learning content and LMS configuration.
- Develop and manage L&D/OD systems including LMS, Cascade, InSource and related platforms.
- Work with stakeholders and the Transformation Team to ensure data meets organisational needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- A full current driving licence and access to a car. Business insurance will be a requirement for this post.Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role will involve working at various locations across Ireland and involve evening and weekends as required.
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources or Health & Social Care or a related discipline and 2 years’ experience working in Training or Education or Learning and Development or Organisational Development or Human Resources OR
- Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, to include English Language and Mathematics and 5 years’ experience working in Training or Learning and Development or Organisational Development or Human Resources.
- Proficient in the development of e-learning content using an authoring tool.
- Proven experience configuring a learning management system.
- Strong IT skills, including use of AI, SharePoint, MS Forms and MS Teams.
- Experience of designing and delivering high-quality training programmes.
- Proven experience of developing high levels of credibility with delegates and customers.
- Experience of managing and co-ordinating learning and development projects, including digital learning and blended approaches.
- Experience of complex data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising workload to ensure effective outcomes.
