Overview

This is an opportunity to train writers, influence and mould the way an agency delivers its programmes, and dispense with the stress of client contact! You will have the ear of the senior management team, and you will influence who and how they hire, too.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and deliver L&D programmes.
  • Design and deliver impactful training workshops, aligning with agency culture, values, and L&D strategy.
  • Provide expert feedback and mentoring to junior writers, supporting their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, mentors, and universities to ensure smooth delivery and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Innovate and adapt to meet changing industry needs.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a PMW or SD in a MedComms agency setting, including senior-level reviewing.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and support junior writers.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, training design, and programme evaluation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning, development, and fostering a supportive culture.
  • Experience in designing or delivering entry-level training programmes, and PhD in a Life Science would be an advantage.
