Salary: £31,800 per annum plus company car or car allowance
Location: Remote, with extensive travel across the UK (including overnight stays where required)

This is a key role focused on designing and delivering high-quality, compliant health and social care training to ensure our workforce has the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will support and champion CareTech’s blended learning approach, contributing to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training across the organisation.
To design and deliver learning and development solutions on behalf of the company, ensuring employees are fully trained in all required health and social care training in line with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
You will be an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in health and social care training. You will be confident delivering training to a wide range of audiences, adaptable to travel, and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in care through high-quality learning.
