About the Role

As the L&D Manager at LeoVegas, you will join a global HR leadership team, driving the learning and development strategy across our international organisation. You will own the design and delivery of initiatives that strengthen capability, build leadership excellence, and enable organisational growth. The role encompasses strategic curriculum development, and robust evaluation of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing the annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead competency development, leadership programs, and career-development initiatives.
  • Manage the LMS and overall learning ecosystem.
  • Conduct needs assessments and partner with leaders on capability development priorities. Work closely with the various departments to ensure that technical training is being handled effectively and consistently.
  • Build and manage relationships with external learning vendors.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data and improve design accordingly.
  • Manage L&D budget, calendar, and team (where applicable).
  • Collaboration and partnering with the senior leadership team, to review and align learning initiatives with business strategy. 8+ years in senior L&D, with experience in designing and delivering programs globally based on research on the best way to increase learnings and development.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation expertise.
