The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient KS2 Behaviour Mentor to support a pupil in Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis. The role involves working 1:1 with a child presenting behavioural challenges, including ADHD and SEMH needs. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCo to implement targeted strategies that promote engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour. The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and committed to helping the pupil succeed both academically and socially.
