Stoberry Park Primary School, a welcoming and community-focused school located in the heart of Wells, is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional Full-Time Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis from January through to April. This post will involve taking full responsibility for teaching a mixed Year 1/2 class, and we are looking for a candidate who can bring energy, creativity, and a strong understanding of KS1 provision.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning of the class, including planning engaging lessons that support all pupils to make strong progress, delivering high-quality teaching, and assessing pupils’ achievements in line with school policies. You should be confident in differentiating for a range of abilities, managing behaviour positively, and fostering a warm and supportive classroom environment.
