Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce (2+ years), preferably in health and nutrition sector.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market activation plans for Korea.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Marketing teams.
• Enhance conversion rates and basket metrics.
• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
• Drive incremental revenue and optimise marketing activities.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor competitor movements and industry trends.
• Provide performance reports and insights.
