A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Knowledge Counsel to enhance knowledge management and technical practices within the Real Estate team. The role involves responding to team inquiries, updating on legal developments, and providing training. The ideal candidate is a qualified Real Estate Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE, an interest in legal technology, and excellent communication skills. Our market leading Real Estate team is looking to recruit a Knowledge Counsel who will be responsible for continuous development and dissemination of knowledge and technical best practice across the practice group. You will be based in the regions and be part of the Real Estate Knowledge Counsel team, working with the Real Estate Transactions, Legal Project Management and Legal Tech/Automation teams. The role will focus on using your legal knowledge and experience to assist with best utilising the firm's innovation tools (including AI and other legal tech) to improve the efficiency of transactional processes within the Real Estate Transactions team. The role will include all aspects of the Real Estate Knowledge Counsel role.
