BrewDog Exeter are on the hunt for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our crew. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced kitchen, where you’ll own your又 section, support the wider kitchen team and help deliver high‑quality food, fast, fresh and to spec, every single shift.

You’ll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, leading by example, setting standards and helping to create an environment where great food and great teamwork thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts in the kitchen and supporting the wider management team
• Owning a section and ensuring food is delivered to spec, at speed and with consistency
• Guiding, motivating and supporting kitchen crew during service
• Leading by example with strong culinary skills and great kitchen habits
• Supporting food safety, health and safety and cleanliness standards across all sections
• Helping maintain organisation, prep levels and smooth service flow
• Playing a key role in creating a positive, respectful and high‑energy kitchen culture

About You

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you’re calm under pressure, confident on the pass and proud of the standards you set.

You’ll bring :

• Experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong food safety awareness and attention to detail
• A hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front approach
• The ability to motivate others and keep standards high during busy services
