Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveys and accurate measuring of kitchens.
• Develop creative, functional, and visually striking kitchen designs tailored to client needs.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to closing the sale.
• Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively with the installation and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer experience, and showroom standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a kitchen designer (surveying, designing, and selling).
• Strong CAD/design software skills (e.g., Fusion 2020, Winner, or similar).
