Please note this is a Part Time 20hrs/week contract which includes weekends. Shifts are scheduled on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of all kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas in the hotel.
• Join the kitchen brigade and contribute to a clean and safe environment for the team and guests.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures in all areas of the kitchen.
