Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen.
- Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
- Assist with basic food preparation under supervision.
- Manage waste and follow recycling procedures.
- Ensure cleaning tasks meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Restock kitchen supplies as needed.
- Support chefs during busy service periods.
- Adhere to food hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Wash, dry, and store pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery promptly and efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist with basic food preparation (such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients) under supervision.
- Empty bins, manage waste, and follow recycling procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Restock and organize kitchen supplies as needed.
