We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Bathroom Fitter to join a well established maintenance contractor working across Devon. This role will involve carrying out planned refurbishments or reactive maintenance works within occupied and void properties.

The Role

• Installation and refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms
• Planned works and reactive maintenance
• Working within residential properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within timescales
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter and/or Bathroom Fitter
• Experience within maintenance or social housing (preferred)
• Ability to carry out multi-skilled works where required
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
