What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the Catering Manager in a wide range of functions
  • Organising and overseeing a variety of different events
  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Leading, supporting and motivating the kitchen team
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Supporting the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff
