Job description

The 40bedded post-operative rehabilitation centre offers short term post-operative care specialising in orthopaedic surgery.

The successful candidate will have food preparation experience and the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and learn more chef / kitchen skills.

Duties and responsibilities will be :

• Assistance with food preparation
• Working with the chefs in preparing starters, salads, and vegetable prep
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean.
• Cleaning areas on a regular rota
• Service to our clients

The successful candidates will be expected to be able to cover the following shift patterns during weekdays and every other weekend : 08 : 00 - 14 : 00 / 14 : 00 - 20 : 00 / 08 : 00 - 20 : 00
