• Extensive, evidenced experience in the repair and/or maintenance of a wide range of white goods.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to solve problems, enabling a first-time fix.
• Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience in appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and work safely to achieve first-time fixes for customers.
• Repair and maintain a wide range of white goods including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving throughout the service journey.
