As Key Account Manager (Travel Retail) (15 Month Maternity Cover), you are responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customers across the Fossil Group brand portfolio. You will develop strong relationships with retail buying executives, create and execute robust business plans, and drive sell-in and sell-through performance to achieve commercial objectives. This position plays a key role in executing the regional sales strategy and maximizing growth opportunities across the travel retail channel.

Your Impact
  • Develop and deliver account business plans aligned with Fossil Group's strategic account management approach.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; review performance regularly to identify improvement areas.
  • Manage accounts to maximize profit opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive sell‑in across brands and categories using Fossil Group tools and systems.
  • Plan and coordinate annual promotional and sales activities with Key Account Support and GTM teams.
  • Identify and execute sell‑through opportunities to increase market share.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain structured communication plans.
  • Utilize sales analytics tools to identify opportunities and track performance.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain.
  • Organize and represent Fossil Group at trade fairs and customer events.
  • Lead annual commercial negotiations with key partners.
Who You Are
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Skilled relationship builder with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial action.
  • Experienced negotiator with formal negotiation training preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing business plans.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a small team.
  • Passionate about retail, brands, and consumer trends.
