As a results-driven Key Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers, helping them grow their businesses and positioning Booker as their preferred wholesale catering partner.
You will drive sales and volume growth with both existing and new group customers by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored catering solutions.
There will also be a requirement to manage and lead tender proposals through to submission working in collaboration across internal depts to support completion. By staying attuned to customer feedback, you will ensure their voices are heard across the business, contributing to the continuous improvement of our catering proposition.
