Location

This role is Remote / Home Office, with extensive travel (up to 3-4 days a week) across the territory in London and Southern England to key regional accounts and distribution channels.

What you’ll do

Having successfully seeded White Claw into the Premium On-Trade over the last 4 years, we are now looking to expand our distribution into the Regional Channels, increasing distribution and availability dramatically across the UK.

As our new Key Account Manager London & South – On-Premise , you will be instrumental in expanding White Claw's presence across the On-Trade in London and Southern England. Reporting to the UK On-Premise Sales Director, you will focus on increasing distribution and outlet coverage through key accounts, regional brewers, and RTMs (Route-to-Markets). With a strong mandate for new business development, you will build and strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth across our regional channels.

Additional key responsibilities include
  • Manage and grow relationships with key account groups, regional brewers, and Route-to-Market (RTM) partners across London and Southern England.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key On-Trade partners to maximize brand visibility, rate of sale, and trading performance.
  • Drive new business development by expanding distribution into regional groups, RTMs, and late-night venues to achieve annual outlet growth targets.
  • Lead commercial delivery for the region, including negotiation and management of trading terms with key partners.
  • Oversee price alignment, promotional planning, and post-activation analysis to optimize return on investment and channel performance.
  • Introduce and embed innovation launches (e.g., White Claw Apple and Tequila Smash) across existing distribution partners to increase portfolio penetration.
  • Support on-the-ground coverage in key cities, working alongside the regional field team to maximize execution and brand impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer and business objectives.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in new business acquisition and key account management within the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK On-Trade landscape, with proven experience working with regional brewers, wholesalers, and bar groups across London and Southern England.
  • Advanced skills in sales, customer relationship management, negotiation, and in-outlet execution, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Established relationships with key regional groups, RTMs, and high-profile late-night venues within the territory.
  • Full clean drivers license and willingness to travel 3-4 days per week, including overnight stays as needed.
